International Hepatology Exchange 2020
Together, for patients
21–22 February 2020, NH Conference Hotel Noordwijk, Amsterdam, The Netherlands
The burden of liver disease is continuously evolving, presenting new challenges to the identification, management and long-term care of patients. The 2020 International Hepatology Exchange (IHE) provided an opportunity for healthcare providers to explore this changing landscape and discuss important topics in HCV, HBV, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), and other emerging liver diseases.
The IHE meeting series is now in its sixth year. At its inception in 2015, the meeting focused on the management of HCV, but has expanded its reach over the years to highlight the growing burden of other liver diseases and the challenges that this presents to clinicians in their everyday practice.
The interactive meeting format provides attendees with a platform to exchange practical experience of clinical scenarios with expert faculty and their peers to help improve the care for patients with liver diseases around the globe.
