In this video, Prof. Bourlière discusses how COVID-19 has impacted St Joseph Hospital in southern France, and what this has meant for the management of patients with liver disease.
Prof. Bourlière discusses how HCPs have adapted their practise in multiple ways, including moving non-COVID-19 patients to remote and teleconsultations and management, and the transition of moving mobile testing units into hotels to continue hepatitis care. Prof. Bourlière discusses the approach to managing at-risk patients including those with alcohol dependency and those with liver transplants, during this time.
